Hady is a physician and neuroathletic training expert. He developed GONEURO Basic together with Uli Glöckler. Uli is the HYROX EM winner in 2023 and was able to secure silver in the HYROX Double 2023 World Championships.

In the app you will find exercises from neuroathletics for various disciplines that optimally prepare your brain and body for the stress of training and competition. You can easily incorporate the exercises into your warm-up routine and you only need equipment that is available in every common fitness studio.

For each of the following disciplines you will find an intro video with information on how to warm up and work under load with neuroathletic drills. The explanatory videos show you how to adapt the drills for your nervous system, simply explained, you can do them anywhere.
