Latest update (June 2024) broke the app. Seems to be a habit, they broke the app again. When you pick a charging station a ghost screen appears that would normally allow you to pick the charger, now all you get is a spinning circle in the filter box and no charger display. The app is then frozen and you have to force close by swiping it off. Have tried a reinstall, just the same result. Come on EWE stop breaking the app.

Well, guys, it's not gonna work like that. To start charging I had to register with an address in Germany that I don't have, to charge as a guest you offer to lock 80eur on my card that I just don't want. In the Netherlands I can just read a QR code and pay with a card straight away, without locking anything on my card. So I left ewe-go without charging my car. Just check how does Tesla Supercharger work.

Took 20 minutes to set everything up for a 10 minute charging session. Totally redicculas, will never charge at this brand again.
Hello, Currently, it takes between 2-5 minutes to authorize a charging process as a new customer, which is quite good in comparison. Nevertheless, we are continuously working on further optimizing this process. We would like to better understand how this happened. Please share your experiences with us at info@ewe-go.de.
