At first, this service wasn't too bad. However, I just spent 24 minutes trying to change a flight when it would have taken me 24 seconds to do it if I had booked directly with the airline. The AI customer service is terrible. Ended up having to call in. I'm so far not seeing a benefit to this service other than complicated trips can show up in one itinerary page. It gets especially complicated when it mixes travel options with other third party services, so you have to watch the fine print...

The user experience for 1 person booking is fine but for groups, it is very confusing. Product managers of this app need get some logic here. You can create an event but you cannot book a hotel for participants in this event. On top of this, the support is extremely slow, I've been spending my whole day on the phone and on the chats with them! but it is normal if every group booking needs to be done via the support team and one by one.

I have to use Navan, since it's the platform chosen by my company, to reserve a business trip. When I chose a flight, the app informed it was not possible to make the reservation. Yet, now support is informing me that it was done and I have 2 duplicate flights in my trip. I booked a hotel through their system, and the virtual credit card used was invalid, so they will cancel my reservation. So far, every feature I have used has worked terribly wrong for me. Trying to cancel my trip now.
