It could be great app. Firstly, the delay of the app compared to device action makes everything confusing. Then the reading from solar is wildly different, almost random- sometimes matching the inverter, but mostly not. Scheduled charging-it would be awesome if the charger could hand-shake with car and confirmed it is an authorized vehicle allowed to charge, instead of need to start the session in the app. Often app shows device offline where app restart is required to resolve.

Great, until you just want to set your car charging but the app wants you to log you out and then force you to read through 7 privacy policies to confirm that you accept whatever terms and conditions have changed, but no summary of what has changed. What are you going to do anyway? Sit and the reread it all and then say no? They're hardly going to refund the charger if you don't accept the new terms.

Has worked well, although slow to open up or move from one page to another, yet very reliable. 2 days ago, couldn't open app for ages, then it opened, but disappeared & couldn't reopen. Have uninstalled & reinstalled app, but unable to.login, so sure something's up at My Energi end, but 1.25 hours hanging on phone yesterday with no response, so have to try again when time. Meanwhile having to deal with charger manually on chilly doorstep. Anyone else having problems?
