Where do I start: - they change the offers in your plan without any notice so you're forced to upgrade to a higher plan. - The app blocked me from booking new classes for a supposed "no-show", unless I pay €18. I have proof that I did take part. (screenshot from the gym-parnet app) - Worst customer service ever!! No telephone number. Their chatbot is a joke. It keeps going in circles. Finally found a way to send them an e-mail with the proof. I get an automated response that my request is solved

How can I report a bug? In the app, the only option is to open the AI assistant, which is not helpful and just advices me to "contact the team" but there's no actual email or way to reach the team. The bug itself is the following: filters are not working. When I select a specific filter, no activities are shown. When no filter is applied, I can see the available activities. The app is updated. Where should I report this so that the issue can be fixed?

I got Wellhub through work. I have digital now, which is actually great, and am looking at the differences between upgrading plans, but can't seem to find a simple way to do this. I can't look at a gym and find out what amenities are available in the plan I'm looking at. There's no list of differences. I use the contact form to try and connect with someone in customer service, but it comes back to an error page. Not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade...what if I needed service?
