really love this game! It’s fun, creative, and full of Drag Race energy. The outfits, wigs, and challenges are fabulous, and the graphics look amazing. My only suggestion is to add more lip and eye makeup to the shop, since most of them are only available in events. That would make customization even better. Overall, one of the best mobile games and highly recommended!

After waiting for over 15 minutes for the massive download/update, it won't load. It says "Contouring Noses," and no matter how long I wait, it doesn't go past that. I'm super bummed because I really wanted to try it. I un-installed and reinstalled twice, and still nothing. And it's not my wifi connection.

I love the idea of the game, BUT... there are so many bugs and issues with it, it's become almost unplayable. 1) Progress slows down almost to a halt sometimes, for no reason. 2) In-game currencies disappear and reappear, also for no reason. I just had most my gems disappear, not having spent them. 3) An event popped up, then disappeared and never came back. The team announced they were sending us compensation rewards, and I saw the message, but never got the items. 4) Half the times I click to see an ad for extra benefits, I get only an error message. 5) Worst of all, when I follow the steps to open a ticket and contact customer support, the button does NOT work. So here I am, not able to contact support, not able to keep playing. TL;DR: I regret having made purchases here. I am usually happy to support devs of games I enjoy, but this one was a total flop so far. I don't like leaving negative reviews, I try to solve issues with CSR first, but here I just can't. UPDATE: It tells me there's a new update, but when I go to the Play Store, there is NO update. So I'm in an endless loop of go play > go update > go play > go update. Unplayable.
