Always keep track of your training, right where you need it! Trait syncs with your Garmin watch and can display your workouts directly on your running watch—while you're running! And if that’s not enough, you also get daily progress updates, as well as feedback on completed training.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After a short onboarding, the app learns your running goal and your current training condition to create your personal training plan. Since no two days are the same, Trait learns from your preferences and how you handle training, intelligently adapting your plan to your individual situation: whether it's a stressful workday, an injury, or just fatigue after a long week. Trait follows your life, not the other way around!

To provide excellent feedback, Trait needs data from your completed workouts. You can link and import this data through Apple Health, Garmin wearables, or a Strava account.

PRIVACY:
We value your privacy! We do not share any of your fitness data with third parties and actively delete data when it is no longer needed for coaching or statistical purposes.

I love the app and use it countinously for marathon training. I like the training plans and data, that it provides and the specific trainings are great and add variabillity to my training. However, if i'd do all training blocks in the suggested order i'd be overtraining quite a lot. And sadly i don't like the technique drills. They tell you what to focus on, but not specific drills that would train that area of your technique. Overall great app, with just a few small drawbacks

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Am Anfang steht bzw. stand für uns eine App mit guter Trainingsplanung für Menschen, die nach diesem Plan trainiere wollen. Alles was seither danach kommt, also Datenimport, Prognosen, Analytik, Wissensvideos etc. ist für uns eine Reise und wir lernen jeden Tag dazu :) Wir nehmen deine Hinweise gerne auf!

Interesting workouts especially the speed work. I am bit concerned about the long runs .. they seem too short if you are training for a marathon, but I will give it a try and see.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. A marathon is a "marathon" and not a sprint and you are best prepared by doing many months of solid, constant preparation, not 1-2 single runs with 4 or 5 km more. To guarantee an appropriate amount of load for everyone individually, we describe time and not distance in our plans.
