It's difficult around this app. I agreed for a trial for 7 days and cancelled the same day. I never used the app. Now I saw that I'm paying every week €19.99 since July. I didn't even sign up and made an account. At the app, I have no option to cancel again. I really hope I'll get my money back. I already sent an e-mail to the support group.

Scam to Download. 1 Star because I can't give 0. You literally can't use the app at all unless you subscribe. it will ask a bunch of questions then tell you to give them money before even doing a single thing. Not even a preview. Ya ok. No. Not signing up for anything without a preview. Even if you can cancel it. You should have stated that in the first line of your app description. "Must pay for app in order to do anything at all!” So we know.

Absolute scammers. Cancelled the subscription within the trial period but they have taken SIXTEEN payments from my bank in three and a half months. At £16.70 each time, that's £267 they've quite literally stolen from me. EDIT: They replied and refunded me ONE payment. They assured me they had cancelled the account, but two more payments have now been taken. SCAMMERS!!!!
