Every product they offer can be found in aliexpress at a much lower price. Deliveries are not properly organized, and often lose things for which you have already paid, and no one is responsible. I do not recommend. Aliexpress is the best option. There you can also pay with Klarna, and when something disappears, you can just stop the amount for the missing product, and voila.

Joom is very good at one thing (and sadly one thing only) : nudging. They nudge/force you to install the app (even if you really don't want to, but just want to keep track of delivery time), to accept more cookies than you need, to enable notifications, to enroll in discount campaigns etc etc etc. The effect for me: I feel nudged to never order with them again. Added after Joom's response: website doesn't allow to track deliveries or to contact customer support (even with a Joom account).

Used to be my favorite store for one reason. there is an option in setting for item suggestion for "men","women". it used to work. not anymore. now 98% of suggestions in my feed are makeup, clothes and jewlery. its realy a shame. and you can click "show less of this item" a 100 times, there will be no difference.. i will not be comming back.
