Hate the fact that there's no other store here in Australia other than Melbourne. I bought off the app and the online store when the app didn't work. We contacted hollister on whatsapp(?) for a refund, got the refund, and tried again. And yet again, there were no products shipped because something went wrong. please fix your app and site for Australian users or just open more stores around Australia because this is really upsetting as someone who really likes hollisters clothing.

Garbage, ordered some stuff for my daughter was charged and nothing turned up and no record in my account or email with confirmation. Tried sort it on the app, chat kept crashing, all the other links to anything customer service related say bad gateway. Complete Pony, like it's been developed by 4 year olds

First of all, the clothes are amazing.They're very stylish and up to trend.And it is a little bit pricey, but you're paying for good material and stylish stuff.You'll also be able to wear it for a long time.The staff is very, very, very nice.They're sweet.They will always help you out.If you need something. the dressing rooms are very cleanThe mirrors are clear as a day.And yeah, try it out for yourself.And download the app.Because you get money off
