You can buy tickets from Vy and other transport companies such as Go-Ahead, SJ, Ruter, Kolumbus, Skyss and Brakar. It should always be easy to make the eco-friendly choice when travelling, so the Vy app also lets you:

· See relevant suggested itineraries in the journey planner – including how long it takes to walk or bike
· Get real-time information on all departures
· Receive push notifications about delays and cancellations affecting your journey
· View your tickets and present your ticket for inspection
· Check how full each carriage on your train is
· Save your favourite routes and places that you frequently visit
· Book taxis across much of the country
· Listen to audiobooks and podcasts, and read newspapers and magazines

An app developed by sociopaths. As a tourist it's likely that you make a mistake during the booking process, since it has happened a lot that the app doesn't work properly. Additionally you book immediately after giving you credit information, without having an overview to double check on what you have booked. The costumer support wasn't available after many calls. I despise this kind of customer rip off. The company does a lot in contributing to the extinction of humanity and hospitality.

Not very good. First off, I am aparently a robot for typing to fast and the app keeps blocking me. You cannot buy a return ticket in one go, you need to buy them separately. You cannot buy a week ticket. There's a 10 one way ticket package that costs as much as the monthly ticket. It's quite disappointing to say the least.

For trains it worked well, but the issue is with busses. It is willing to send receipts to email but NOT YOUR TICKET!!!! You have to use the stupid app which doesn't open to get your ticket. So god damn frustrated and anxious. I honestly thought we were going to be stranded at night in the rain. for the love of God don't use this app if you value your time, money, and safety.

Hi, where did you travel. With what bus? We run both express buses in Sweden and Norway, and local buses in lots of Norwegian cities. And the different contracts we have, need different ticketing systems. It's hard to answer without more details. You can also send a DM on social media.
